According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, customers have the right to exchange items of proper quality within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is not included in the list of goods not eligible for return or exchange.
⚠️ Please note: Many textile products fall under the non-returnable category as defined by Ukrainian law (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution №172).
These include:
• bedding sets
• towels
• blankets, throws, quilts
• pillows
• feather and down products
• soft children’s toys
• underwear
• hygiene-related items
• fabrics and goods sold by the meter
• terry sheets
• bathrobes, socks and hosiery
In short, most home textile items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors.
